Just Sold - 4562 Solitude Falls

Every home has a story. And boy, this one may take the cake 🎂. Our clients listed this home right during the slide of the market. We were very aggressive with our pricing and got a great offer. Then the buyer needed an immediate extended escrow - like an additional 45 days. No worries - it actually made sense for our client. Then, 4 days before we were set to close, the other agent called me with a “we have a problem”. The buyer couldn’t qualify as is, and we needed to act quickly and think outside the box. With a few conversations and some restructuring, we kept the deal together, and actually got it closed. In the end, we only took 22 days to get the home INTO contract (in October this was pretty unheard of), but it took over 115 days to get it closed.

Our clients protected their price, even when the market took a downturn, and we got the deal done. Sometimes, 💩 happens. It’s times like these that having experience matters.
