POSITION OFFERED:

Position: Marketing Associate

Compensation: Salary + Bonus on performance

TIME REQUIREMENT: Full Time - 40 Hours per week. Must have flexible schedule but most hours will be 9AM - 5PM. Some Saturdays will be required to help with your bonus potential.

Bonus: Bonuses will be paid out quarterly for exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

Effective Date: Ongoing

Summary Of Functions: Are you proficient on Social Media and know that # are more than just the “number symbol”? Do you know what SEO means, or more importantly, how to improve it? Do you know how to play with Canva to create beautiful and engaging graphics? Can you edit video? Can you put multiple words together in the form of a blog that is both educational and entertaining? If so, we should definitely talk more!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Social Media Content for Firms Brand across multiple Social Media Platforms

  • Create Engaging content on our Blogs

  • Engage tactics to improve website SEO

  • Schedule / Shoot / Edit / Produce Video

  • Schedule / Record / Produce Podcasts

  • Analyze Proper channels for Advertising Spend

  • Produce Content that creates engagement and client opportunities

  • Ability to handle multiple projects and calendars simultaneously

  • Remain Accountable to Leadership

Please Note: This is a full time, in office, position. This is not part time, nor is it a job that will have time for a ‘side hustle’. A salary will be paid based on experience and fit with company.
