POSITION OFFERED:

Position: Inside Sales Agent (ISA) | Lead Concierge

Compensation: Salary + Bonus on performance Salary to be $40,000 Base with Bonus tied to Key Performance Indicators and Revenue achievement levels. A strong performing candidate should make $60,000+ with further upside as we generate HUNDREDS of leads per month.

TIME REQUIREMENT: Full Time - 40 Hours per week. Must have flexible schedule but most hours will be 9AM - 5PM. Some Saturdays will be required to help with your bonus potential.

Bonus: Bonuses will be paid out Monthly based on KPI’s and Revenue Achievement Levels. Discussion on how bonus paid during interview and will be dependent on candidate success.

Effective Date: Ongoing

Summary Of Functions: Schedule appointments, nurture leads, follow up with clients, keep up to date on the various systems we employ. Assist in all aspects of the lead by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments and managing the leads in our database through calling, texting, and email communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Call Leads and Convert to Opportunities for Our Real Estate Agents

  • Call Expired | For Sale By Owner Opportunities

  • Learn and Implement Company Scripts

  • Keep CRM System up to Date

  • Model our Mission Statement and Core Values in your daily activities

  • Convert leads to appointments

  • Following up with new and old leads per system

  • Accurately qualify potential clients + Schedule appointments for agents

  • Assist in any other assignments as designated by Broker

  • Enter your daily productivity into tracker before 11:59pm every day of work
