I love paying out referrals!  Even more, I LOVE paying out referrals to the same agent, over and over again.  Let's build a partnership, not a 'referral' based relationship! 

On a successful referral, we like to negotiate as follows:

  • For net co-ops earned by us over $10,000, we will pay a 30% referral

  • For net co-ops earned by us between $6,000 and $9,999, we will pay a 25% referral

  • For net co-ops earned by us under $6,000, we will pay a 20% referral

BONUS: If your referral signs a Buyers Brokerage Agreement with us, we will add 5% to the referral amount (35%, 30%, 25%)

Pretty standard, right?  This is where our partnership takes things one step further...

For a period of 1 year BEYOND the close of a referral, if that referral uses us for any future business, we will pay you a second referral of the same amount. 

We want to build lifelong partnerships with our agent referrals, and keep you happy, not just on one referral, but others along the way as well!  Some stipulations will apply and we can discuss those before any referral agreement is signed.
